The I-Pod Shuffle 3rd generation, was introduced in March of 2009.
New Features:
It included Apples new VoiceOver feature, which if you clicked a button would tell you the song name, artist and playlist title.
Space:
It was available only in black and silver, in 4 GB for $79.
Price Changes/New Additions:
In September of 2009, they made a 2 GB model, for $59, and allowed both sizes to be bought in a total of 5 colors.
They also added a $99 4 GB one, which was in stainless steel that was available only in the Apple Store.
